Question about Dodge Grand Caravan
What year is your vehicle?
It sounds like you may have something jammed inside the fan motor, and as the fan is spinning it is hitting it.
The only way to fix it is to remove the fan motor, which you can get to from underneath the dash board. It is big and round in shape and it is on the passengers side of the vehicle.
Unbolt the 3 bolts which hold it in place and it should drop down. then check and remove any rubbish which may have fallen through the vents.
Reassemble and then try again.
This should solve your ticking noise.
Hope this helps, let me know if you need more information.
