Clutch pedal switch wiring diagram

You don't need the clutch switch. You need an ignition switch. A part in the switch is stuck on the start position, even though the key moves.

Ac clutch won't engauge

Relay will not engage if pressure switch thinks freon is low. This switch does sometimes fail. If you are sure freon is ok, use jumper wire to bypass low pressure switch and see what happens.

Ac clutch not kicking on

ADD Freon. It's a R134 system and the pressure is too low. Trust me add Freon and it will work fine. With a low amount of Freon if you jump the low pressure switch at the accumulator it will be very cold but will not have enough pressure to kick on the low pressure switch.

How do you replace the compressor? Is there an online mannual? 2003

Physically changing the compressor is easy. Just two freon lines, a belt, one clutch wire, and a few bolts.
But first you need to capture the old freon, which needs a vacuum pump and tank.
It is technically illegal to just vent it, and it is dangerous because of the pressure and cold. (wear eye protection and gloves)
You also need to add the right amount of the right type of oil, depending on the type of freon (a 2003 should be R134a).
But instructions should come with the new compressor.
Then you need to add the correct amount of freon.
If you saved it, then you just put that back in.
Otherwise the instructions should tell you how much to add.

1998 Isuzu Amigo A/C clutch does not engauge and hot air always comes out of vents even with a/c and heater are off. Also, when driving, the gear shift gets very hot.

on gear shift; check fluid level in transmission_(gear oil) air will come out of vents as part of the ventilation system. the a/c clutch may need a new switch or is low on freon.

I need to remove the a/c compressor pulley/clutch assembly. Where do I start? Please help?

for one, be careful. It is unlawful to vent freon into the atmosphere. You will need special tools to remove and install new clutch. Then the system has to be leak tested, pulled into a vacuum and recharged with a specific amount of refrigerant. and a measure amount of oil added if needed. Are you sure you want to even think about taking it apart? Are you even sure the clutch is bad? Give it some thought, for your sake. Give it some serious thought.
