I have a 93 cutlass supreme convertible, the brake lights and turn signals don't work, the middle 3rd brake light works, and the running lights work. fuses are good,and the bulbs are good.

this may be because of the following reasons.
1.there wil a junction box/relay which connects bake light and turn signal may be damaged or connections from this may be disconnected.check it.
2.the wire connecting this relay may be damaged so no power going to the junction box/relay.
3.wire from the battery terminal disconnected

Usually this indicates that the brake light switch or turn signal or flasher have failed.i would start by replacing the brake light switch located on the upper area of brake pedal and fix ya problem.
