What could it be when put auto in drive suddenly fuse blows under hood?

Which fuse is blowing? Look at a wiring diagram for that fuse circuit. If that fuse only controls one component, the component may be faulty or the wiring circuit has a problem.

If the fuse circuit controls several components, you may need to disconnect/reconnect components one at a time to try and see which component or wiring circuit is faulty. Hopefully when you unplug the faulty component, the fuse will no longer blow. It is possible that test would not be conclusive because every time you unplug something you lower the amp draw on the fuse.

Cruise control fuse

You will need to get the wiring diagrams for the car and trace all wires and components operated by that fuse, check each wire and unplug the parts and see if the fuse blows until you find the short circuit.

The ing o cluster pcm,&bcm fuse keeps blowing what could be grounding out to cause this

Sorry to say it could be a long list of things.
The computers ground relays and components to control them.
The components are fused on the power side, but the ground side goes thru the two computers depending on the purpose.
You may have to get a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams you'll need to check the circuits.

2000 grand prix blows 10 amp ecm fuse as soon as you turn the ignition on

According to the wiring diagram on autozone's website, that fuse only powers the computer. The computer controls several components by grounding them.
It's possible something has shorted out the circuit board inside the computer.
You could unplug the computer and try the fuse again. If it blows there is something in the wiring harness between the computer and the fuse.
On most models the computer is behind the glove box or on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

My 1998 tahoe keeps blowing a fuse in the relay box I need a wiring diagram so I can locate the short

There are MANY diffrerent wiring diagrams so in order to narrow down which diagram you need, I would need to know which fuse is blowing and will be happy to help. If you know which componants this fuse controls you may want to start by disconnecting the different componants first to see if that stops it before you start chasing wires. You can let me know which fuse keeps blowing so I can get you the correct diagram by replying here or feel free to email me directly at with all your information.
