Question about 1994 Toyota Corolla
Maybe your timing belt broke.if you say all it does is whines,then it sounds to me like timing belt issues.you should not continue to try and start it because if it is your timing belt that is broken,by you trying to start it,can damage your valves and bend your push rods which will cost you a lot more than just having the timing belt replaced.i hope this information helps.take care and good luck, manny
