It is located on the passenger side under the dash by the glove box.It should be just a few inches away from the blower motor.

2003 dodge durango heater switch hasnt worke on high for a while today stopped working all togethor

It's probably the blower motor resistor. It can overheat and burn out, often melting the connector so the connector cannot be separated. See the linked YouTube video for information on replacing the resistor, and connector if necessary.

I have a 99 dodge durango 5.9 there is barely any air coming out of any of my front vents. rear vents ok can feel it out the floor and defrost just not the ones on the dash.

The Dodge Durangos are known for blower motor problems. The blower motor is under the glove compartment/dash in the big black box, and so is the evaporator coil. There is a outside air filter that tends to wear out and break apart. Once this material breaks apart it ends up in the blower motor and can cause the motor to stop turning, or turn slower than normal. You will need to open the blower motor compartment under the dash and clean out any obstructions/trash and check the motor if it spins freely without much resistance. If it resists turning by hand or there is no trash and it still fails to work, you will need to replace this blower motor.

If the motor spins freely and there is no trash, you may just have a bad blower motor resistor or A/C control switch/panel.

Hi i have a 2003 Dodge durango, it was wednesday mornning i was head off to work at 8:30am and the weather has been cooling off and raining I turn the heater switch on to the front and the rear heater...

I would start by checking the fuses thats the easiest first step. You can also take the connector lose from the blower motor turn the switch on and see if it has the twelve volts gogin to it. or the blower motor went out or the blower motor resistor. you can check the motor by reading the resistance across th windings if you lust take a resistance meter and hook one lead to the two wires going to the motor you should read only a few ohms. if that is good then its probably the blower motor resistor checking this can be a little more complicated but the big sighn is it will probably be burnt up the connector going to it will probably be melted. if both of these are good then it may be the switch. If none of these gives you an anawer you can come back tell me what you find and i can help you further.

99 Dodge durango heater not working

The blowers ion the back have there own blower motor. The front has it's own. The resister controls the range the blower motor runs on,( low, medium, high). If the blower motor is not working it may be the motor itself. Was the fuse checked:?

My front heating controls....i only have low and med. low fan speeds....the other 2 don't work.....what could be the proplem

It's possible that it could be your blower motor resister but with 2 out of 4 speeds working on your blower motor it is more likely your control switch on the dash.
