That would be your relay for your blower motor. Either it is loose or it is faulty. They can just pull out and be put back in. They can also be tested with an ohmmeter.

Some are located on driver side kickpanel, others are on the passenger side kickpanel.
What year and model is yours?

MY AC COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING BUT THE AIR WOULDNT COME THREW SOMETIMES IT BLOWS SOMETIMES IT WONT IS IT MY SWITCH BOARD UNDER MY RADIO IS BAD

The MOST LIKELY cause of your problem is a bad blower motor. The next time it quits, look up under the right side of your dash and "thump" on the motor housing with your hand, if it starts blowing again when you do this, replace the blower motor.

NOTE: It would be easiest to go ahead and remove the lower trim panel from under the dash (even if the blower is working at the time) so access to the blower motor housing will be easy when it quits again.

92 honda heater blower motor quit working. took it out and tested motor and it works.not sure what the problem could be.

check for blown fuse, under the dash, drvers side and also under hood in square black box. usually on the drivers side fender well. when you remove the main fuse box cover, turn lid over for location of the heater blower motor. it may say heat, or maybe a/c blower, or just a/c check those fuses for a blown fuse. also check connections under the hood on passenger side, you'll see a round black container on the dash panel under the hood next to the windsheild, check plug in to insure that it's plugged in properly. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya, com if this does not help, please repost your question to fixya.com

Air conditioning and blowers not working, fuse blows immediatley after changing. there was a clicking noise heard before fuse blew. No display on dash unit. (2000 passat 1.9TDi Sport)

Try unplugging the blower resistor, located under the passenger side, under dash area, put a new fuse in and see if the fuse opens (blows). If it does not blow then unplug the blower located in roughly the same are and plug the resistor back in if it blows then it the resistor if not it's most likely the blower motor.
If the fuse blows when both resistor and the motor is unplugged the you need to unplug the a/c head unit and see if it still blows(open fuse)
Hope this helps

Try turning the blower motor speeds up or down and see if this makes a difference. If it does then it is your blower motor. It is under the dash on passengers side.

Busted blower motor

May be your resistor . Usually Up under dash (passenger side) near or at blower motor. Wire plug will go into it, and out to blower motor if external.

Heater fan blowing intermittently or not at all

Most likely it does, if you can hit the motor and it will run. I can't say for sure but you might want to chk. to see if you got a heater blower motor resister. There located (if its got one) around the heater motor and it controls blower speeds, might be worth checking out.

Blower motor quit working

Fuse will be under dash drivers side. it's easy to check power at motor with a vom just remove the single wire from blower and attach positive to that wire and negative to a good ground. turn key on and check reading with switch in all positions. If nothing probably a fuse are the resisters in the duck forward of the blower that controls speed. If you have power to blower, then of course bad blower and maybe so anyway if it blew the fuse. It may be fixing to quit. I can supply you with a schematic if you want?

Blower motor suddenly quit working. The A/C compressor engages when turned on, but no blower. COuld it be the resistor or the blower relay or blower motro?

if it is a 98-06 chevy p/u most likely its the blower speed resistor located under the dash on the right side. really easy fix!
