Fuel pump relay cost under $10

Is there an alarm or ignition cut off install in this car.

The alarm system use a similar BOSCH type relay to disable the ign and/or starter.

Will the starter crank the engine when you turn the key?

As short starter will create a huge load/short.

Use a jumper to assist the battery inside the car,this will rule out dead or weak battery.

====

Turn on the low beam and turn the key.

A failing starter will bring the brightness down dramatically.

Please email me after you check the headlight and change the fuel pump relay.

    replaced the relay and engine cranks fine but without hot wire fuel pump won't work and with hotwire engine cranks but still won't fire. I'm thinking control module or computer.

    Can you email me a short history of this car?

    Is it a run from day one?

    This is a ignition cut off or no spark case.

    Check for strong spake one plug a time.....please be careful.

    NO spark = a kill switch,ignition cut off relay or bad module.

    My bet is bad module or crank position sensor (CPS)

    Clean the contacts on both and check for spark.

    You will need a Fluke meter or high quality to check the pules output on the CPS.

    Air,fuel,spark and compression.

    Check and clean the 4 pin connector to the coil pack also.

    Got good clean ground to the coil pack.

    ====

    Make sure your battery power is not running low,. Use another car to jump it.

    Crank sensor picture is here.

    It has 3 pin and a key way.

    This connect can get dirty and not sending pulse count to the computer/ECU.

    Cheapest item go first.....CAS is the cheapest on the ign system.

We have a 1993 Lexus gs300 it won't start, ran great when it was turned off has plenty of fuel, turns over fine.

Try check the engine control unit.. It's located at passenger side under the plastic cover food step side wall.. I repair more then 30 units of this GS300 n ARISTO all with the ECU failure if check everything with the engine n sensor.. Also check if there is fuel supply coz some model build with hi-low fuelpump control module.
