Question about 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
Clean the main battery cable
Turn key to ON position (do not start). Leave in ON position for EXACTLY 10 FULL minutes. As SOON as the light turns off, then IMMEDIATELY start the vehicle. This will reset everything and it should start and run.
One other thing that can be done is to have the vehicle hooked up to a scan tool and have the light reset.
