you will need a manual for this as diesel torque settings are different to that of a petrol engine.

not a problem as these little cars are very forgiving ,head bolts 65nm camshaft cap 12nm camshaft sprocket 22nm ,

SOURCE: Im after the specifications for the cylinder head

cylinder head bolts 44-49 ft. lbs. or 59-67 N.m.

camshaft bearing/rocker shaft 8mm bolt 10-12 ft. lbs or 13-16 N.m. 10mm bolts 21-27 ft.lbs. or 28-37 N.m.

camshaft sprocket bolts 11-16 ft. lbs. or 15-22 N.m.johnjnail_4.tif

I need torque settings for charade cb60-61


Thats the charade turbo - 1987-1990? Stage 1 30nm Stage 2 56-64nm
tightening sequence... flywheel on right hand side, top left to top right bolt no 1,2,3,4 ---------------------------------- bottom left to bottom right bolt no 5,6,7,8 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sequence is 6,3,7,2,8,1,4,5 - go round at 30nm, then round at 56-64nm -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Need to get the torque settings for the head (am replacing gaskets)also settings for timing belt 1995 daihatsu 3door 3 cyl


YOU HAVE TORQUE IN 2 STEPS.FIRST TORQUE IS 39 FT LBS THEN. SECOND TORQUE WHICH IS FINAL TORQUE. 47 FT LBS.I COULDNT FIND TIMING BELT SETTINGS.YOU PROBABLY HAVE TO BUY A HAYNES MANUAL FOR TIMING BELT SETTINGS.

I am rebuilding 3cyl diesel daihatsu engine from a 1990 charade cs and require the head torque and valve clearance


you will need a manual for this as diesel torque settings are different to that of a petrol engine.
