Does the high mount stop light work. These are common for bad turn signal switches.

2004 Ford Ranger 10 amp fuse keeps blowing no brake lights, abs, turn signals?

Fuses blow because there is an overload on the system. If the fuse blows when you step on the brakes then there may be a short in the wiring from the brake light switch to the lights, abs module or turn signal switch. If the fuse blows when you turn the key on then there is likely a short in the wiring to the brake light switch. Basically you will need a wiring schematic to check the wires at the switch and at each of the loads. Also verify that the fuse is supposed to be a 10 amp fuse. Hope this helps

Lost brake lights turn signals and emergency flasher, all fuses are good, park lights and backup lights are good

Possible brake light switch located towards the top of the brake pedal assembly.

Vehicles have different wiring schematics and or components in the circuits so we need to know the year/make/model to help you.

1987 F-350 1 Ton Dump; after breaking a RR turn/brake light housing by backing into a firewood pile while delivering firewood, I have lost front & rear brake & turn signals. My ohm meter indicates...

The fuse #5 next to the flasher should be for the turn signals. Fuse number 1 is for the stop and hazard circuit. Everything goes thru the turn signal switch so the short could be in there. You would need to unplug the turn signal switch to check the circuits with an ohm meter.
The brake and signal circuits are separate until they get to the turn signal switch.

Brake lights. Cab light works when brake pedal is depressed.Turn signals work properly but no brake lights at rear.Is it in the colum? Vehicle is a 1995 ford F250 4X4

Hi, if the schematic is right, the cab stop light is on the same fuse as the others. And, since there is no relay, the likely problem is the turn signal switch or the wire leading to the turn signal switch. Please let me know if you have questions or need instructions, and thanks for using FixYa.

ALL BREAK LIGHTS NOT WORKING

Have you checked your brake light fuse? If it is good do your rear turn signals work? If you have turn signal and no brake lights it is probably the turn signal switch these are a common problem and your power for your brake lights goes through your turn signal switch. Sometimes it is actually the hazard switch that melts but this can not be serviced alone. If you have no rear turn signals and no break lights it could still be the turn signal switch but is more likely to be a wiring problem in the rear usually trailer wiring T connections. Chiltons has wiring diagrams in there manuals but they are not always accurate. Let me know if I can help you further and please rate.
