Check page 162 and next for FUSE and RELAYS description and location... Ford-Expedition-Owners-Manual

Several locations for your fuses and relays around A/C System... the fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses. To remove a fuse use the fuse puller tool provided on the fuse panel cover.

The power distribution box is located in the engine compartment.
The power distribution box contains high-current fuses that protect your
vehicle’s main electrical systems from overloads.

Relays are located in the power distribution box and should be replaced by qualified technicians.

Hope helps (remember rated this).

My front heater won't blow. we have checked the resistor, changed the blower motor, thermostat and relay. Any ideas as to what it could be/ I do daycare and need the front heat.

In the diagram, check fuse 10--40 amp, not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage with hvac on. Use a test light to check for voltage. See the wires going to front blower motor, that is voltage and ground, check them both. Also, the front blower module could be causing a problem? The diagram is for automatic hvac.

My blower motor wont blow

bad fuse,
it can only be 3 things, a voltmeter finds this easy and every time.
bad fuse, bad switch bad, motor.
as we all know that includes all wires and connections, fore ever.
so you can check the blower , 12vdc on high.
if 12v there, and motor is silent the motor is bad or lost its ground.
to check that 100% apply 12vdc to the motor, bingo it works?
so no 12v to motor, must be bad switch, huh? after all the fuses is already checked(with ohm meter not eyes !)
so now i have 12v to the switch and no 12v out. must be a bad switch
easy huh?
ill now look yours up to see if there are other oddities.
alldata.com
ahh , up to 4 blowers, 2 front and 2 rear. fun but the 2 front are in parallel. and bingo, all 4 have there own FUSES !@!!!
forget that its rear and a/c only , what a complex car. no biggy
electrics is my game
i go to page 3 for HVAC, allh the heater, omg 2 relays 1 fan
the switch does NOT power the fan.
the switch only energizes relay 1, the ground relay
this heater relay pulls in and grounds the FAN.
ok 1/2 done.
next relay is Power side blower relay.
it gets 12vdc power from its very own 40Amp, Circuit breaker
the switch also ground this relay, it too energizes and bam
12vdc hits the fan
id bet the fan is good, and shock, no need to pull dash to get it out...
all that , in 5min flat , alldata.com
try it.

ask questions.

Front Blower does not work on 2008 town and country.

At the moment, I think something wrong with "totally integrated power module", some people call this the bcm. There is no relay or fuse for front blower motor, there is a relay for rear blower. The dark blue wire is voltage from bcm or if you wish totally integrated power module. You could check the wire circuit/dark blue wire. With hvac turned on, check for voltage at the blower module and bcm, you could also check continuity, no voltage on the system.

I am trying to figure out which relay is for the front blower motor. anyone know?

Hi!!
Look ion the INSTRUMENT PANEL Fuse Box, there are two blower motor relays and two fuses, look on the inside of the relay cover for a diagram. The relay you are looking for should be labeled FRONT BLOWER MOTOR RELAY and the rear one should say AUXILIARY BLOWER MOTOR RELAY.
The TWO fuses with the same name on passenger compartment fuse box check:
  • fuse #39 30A fuse. AUXILIARY BLOWER MOTOR
  • fuse #36 30A fuse. AUXILIARY BLOWER RELAY

C-19 Blower motor fuse 25A located in cabin fuse box. Left hand footwell on LHD vehicles, right hand dashboard on RHD vehicles.
Start by checking blower relay B-36 in the engine compartment fuse and relay box. Remove the relay. Jumper directly from battery to pins 85 and 86. (also see here: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5544622-wire_relay if you dont know about relays) The relay should click Now measure across pins 30 and 87. Measurement should be 0 ohm.
Remove the blower motor(3 screws on the bottom of the unit under the passenger side dash) and connect jumper leads from the battery directly to the blower motor to see that it operates.
The blower motor resister is mounted on the ducting between the motor housing and the heating unit. Remove to test
Measure :
  • pin 1-2 : 2.4 ohm
  • pin 2-4 : 0.9 ohm
  • pin 2-6 : 0.28 ohm
  • pin 2-3 : 0 ohm

you wont till you replace the blower motor it self i owned a few of them and the blower motors do go out without any notice

No power getting to the front blower

no. the relays coil is fused # 12 fuse 10 amp and the other side is going directly to ground. the main power for blower goes through that relay and it is fused at # 107 and it is a 40 amp fuse. now the heater control unit witch is what they dials are controls the ground to the blower motor at different resistances with is determine by the dial to change speed.

now if you don't have power with key on at the blower motor i would check them to fuses and if they are okay you need to check the ground at relay socket witch will be the corresponding cavity for # 85 on the relay. if you have all of that and sill no power at blower replace relay.

but to tell you what i see most common is the blower resistor for the motor.

let me know if you have any more question and good luck
