Chances are your line that delivers the fluid to the windshield washer is broken along the path. The tube runs from where you put the windshield washer fluid in the reservoir up along the side of the car just under the hood and then it dives through the plastic cover just in front of the windshield. This is where mine broke was under this plastic piece. My brother also had an earlier model and the piece broke along side the battery - seems battery acid leaked on it.

Checked fluid in tranny it pours out when fill bolt removed, is it possible to have to much fluid in the tranny

It is always possible that it was over filled. Vehicle should be cold and on level ground. If you drive up on ramps, then jack up rear so vehicle is level. And don't forget jack stands for safety. Make sure your using correct location as the fill.

While driving by 1997 Toyota Camry yesterday, I thought I felt the a slip in the transmission, and then a warning light came on and it the slipping became worse. Any thoughts?

With the car on level ground, the engine on, and the transmission in park or neutral, check your automatic transmission fluid (ATF) using the dipstick located in the engine bay (procedure: Take the dip stick out, wipe it off, put it back in completely, take out to check level). If the fluid is low, fill with ATF fluid through the same tube the ATF dip stick came from. Caution: It's easy to put ATF in, but difficult to take out. Pour a small amount in and check before pouring more.

How to check transmission fluid on a audi a3 1997

IF TRANSMISSION DONT HAVE FILLER TUBE AND DIP STICK.YOUR VECHICLE HAS LEVEL CHECK PLUG ON TRANSMISSION OIL PAN TOWARD EXHAUST END.YOUR VECHICLE HAS TO BE LIFTED UP LEVEL ON JACK STANDS.ENGINE HAS TO BE RUNNING.AND TRANSMISSION FLUID TEMPERATURE HAS TO BE 95 TO 113 DEGREES. SHIFT TRANSMISSION THROUGH ALL GEARS TWICE THEN BACK TO PARK.MAKE SURE ALL DRIVE WHEELS OFF THE GROUND AND VECHICLE IS FIRM AND SECURE ON JACKSTANDS.WHILE ENGINE RUNNING REMOVE LEVEL CHECK PLUG.REAR OF TRANSMISSION PAN. IF TRANSMISSION FLUID DRIPS YOUR FLUID LEVEL OKAY.IF TRANSMISSION FLUID POUR OUT CHECK PLUG HOLE YOU HAVE TOO MUCH FLUID IN TRANSMISSION.IF NO FLUID COME OUT ADD TRANSMISSION FLUID RIGHT SIDE OF THE TRANSAXLE IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE SHAFT.WARNING THIS VECHICLE TRANSMISSION FLUID SUPPOSE TO BE CHECKED AT A GARAGE ON LIFT. YOU CAN CHECK FLUID AT HOME IT IS DANGEROUS THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE VECHICLE ON SOLID LEVEL GROUND AND JACKSTAND SECURE SOLID NO MOVEMENT WHAT SO EVER.

Have to fill resivor every two weeks no fluid on ground or at wheel cyl

do you notice any fluid by your feet in the car? if yoiu are mechanically inclined at all, pull the master cylinder away from the vacuum booster just enough to see past with a flash light or fluid pours out. if this does happen, you will need to replace your master cylinder and bleed the system.

Adding trans fluid in 2000 isuzu rodeo myself

With the car in Park - engine running at operating temperature on level ground - check the dipstick. You should see a grid on the end of the stick showing normal operating range. If it is low use a small funnel and pour the fluid into the dipstick tube. Don't overfill it.

Truck will only start with starter fluid

Is it carbureted or injected. Sounds like carb if you are pouring lighter fluid in it. Check your automatic choke is working and that the spring on it isn't broken or gone altogether. And instead of lighter fluid put your hand over carb top and give a few cranks 5 or 10 secs take hand off and it should start then you know it is your choke.
