Question about 2003 Chevrolet Suburban 1500

Chances are your line that delivers the fluid to the windshield washer is broken along the path. The tube runs from where you put the windshield washer fluid in the reservoir up along the side of the car just under the hood and then it dives through the plastic cover just in front of the windshield. This is where mine broke was under this plastic piece. My brother also had an earlier model and the piece broke along side the battery - seems battery acid leaked on it.
