Hi, the most likely cause of the noise is going to be the bottom ball joint or the anti roll bar bushes if you only get the noise when going over pot holes or bumps then the chances are its the bottom ball joint but if the noise is their whilst on even road or slight bumps then this would point towards roll bar bushes, getting them replaced will stop the falling apart and giving you a banging noise

My 1998 toyota canry timing belt broke. Is this an interferance motor? Did It destroy the engine?

no you most likely bent valves on inlet side, pull the head and check for any other damage it all really depends on the rpm when the belt broke. ( rate me thanks )

I have a 1989 Toyota Camry and am having difficulty with driver seat belt activation. What sensor or component tells the seatbelt to activate? Where is it located?

I have a 1990 camry and my driver side belt stopped working too. The problem is the wires that run from the door to inside the vehicle. Open your door, look in the doorjam for the black rubber piece. The wires inside it bend every time you open and close your door and eventually break. The only solution is to cut the rubber and resplice the wires which is a big pain in the ***. It took me a few frustrating hours, but, I heard it's easier if you take the door off. I left a lengthy amount of wire, wrapped in electrical tape, behind the front quarter panel to prevent it from bending again. This is a very common problem with camrys of these years.

I replcaed 2 motor mounts on a 1990 camry le, as there was engine vibration. I only replaced the one on the top left of the engine and on the front, in front of the radiator. I am being told the one...

You need to be under the vehicle, preferably with the vehicle on a hoist. Then, you will be able to see the lower mount, pretty much in the center of the vehicle. When you see it, you are going to find that the rubber has collapsed, and the center bolt is contacting the metal that surrounds the lower mount, It is a circular type mount. Hope this helps, and Thanks for choosing FixYa to answer your question.

Did you check the circuit breaker on the drivers side fuse block? There are 2, above the fuses, and are rectangle in shape with a metal cover. It'll be the one toward the front of the car i believe. Also, it usually can be reset.
