SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: envoy 2004 cd player

I had same problem with a 2005 Envoy in Jan '09. I took it to the ex-GM dealer. He said he'd try. The unit would only play using radio.
Mechanic took unit out of dash, and top off of unit. Ejected CD bu moving the eject mechanism. Replaced top and unit.
Works and plays cds. Cost $25.00 And i tipped the mechanic $10.00 for his knowledge.

SOURCE: ''check engine light'' illuminated, 1004 Hyundai, Santa Fe

If you live in the US, take it to qany Auto Zone store and thy will read the codes off for you, I would suspect any right thinking competitor would do the same, check if you don't have one near by.

Hope this is of some help.

SOURCE: CD stuck in CD Player, how do i get it out?

try resetting the radio by unhooking the battery for about ten minutes... if the radio requires an antitheft code make sure you know what it is and how to enter it.

A cd is stuck im my stock stereo

i know you dont want to hear this BUT,you would change the cd unit in your home quicker than you change the one in the car,so buy a new unit.its cheaper than taking it to a specialist for repair and there are no servicable parts inside......
please leave feedback

How do u get stuck cd out of a 2003 santa fe

Do you like the CD? Without removing the radio and taking it apart...you can try a pair of needle nosed pliers. The rubber/fabric curtain over the slot should give you just enough room to get the tips in there and gently pull it out. Or if you happen to know a surgeon that has a pair of hemostats.

CD player jammed with CD inside. What and how to do?

Hey barkya,

This may help, no guarantees. Depends on the model.

Get yourself a paperclip and straighten it out.
Make sure the player is off.
Look on the face for a tiny pinhole near the CD port
Insert the paperclip until it meets resistance and gently push a bit further.
This will eject the CD

Hope it works for you. If not, a Hyundai expert will pick this up pretty quickly.

Best regards to you,
Mike

Steps to remove radio

  • Step 1:Disconnect the negative cable from the battery terminal. Position the cable to is doesn't come in contact with any metal parts.

  • Step 2:Pull out the ashtray and remove the two screws that connect the bezel around the radio. Pull off the climate control knobs and remove the two screws at the top of the bezel trim.

  • Step 3:Remove the trim and disconnecting any wires. Not all models will have connecting wires on the trim.

  • Step 4:Locate the two screws, one on each side of the Hyundai Santa Fe stereo, and pull the head unit out of the dash. Disconnect the wires behind the radio.
