Hello David. You have more than one problem here, at least three. Begin with the stalling. Since it starts up but won't run begin by replacing the fuel filter. If that doesn't solve it, you may have a bad fuel pump. Regarding the inoperative gauges, this is usually a fuse or a ground issue. Check your fuses first.
Finally with the power window, also check the fuse. If the fuse is good the power window motor is probably bad and needs to be replaced. I recommend purchasing the power window motor assembly which includes the motor and the track. THis is a few dollars more than just the motor but well worth it labor wise. J.
