b. Please remove the serpentine belt using a wrench to loosen the bolts in the tensioner to the bottom right of the power steering pump.
c. Use a wrench and do remove the high and low side power steering hoses from the rear of the pump.

How do i replace/install a heater core for a 1999 limited edition jeep cherokee 4.0 liter 6cyclinder

I would make sure the core is the problem. You may have a heater control valve that cuts off flow to the core by vac. or a blend door that cuts off air flow thru the core.
You will need a shop manual to replace the core. The dash and console have to come out, along with discharging the ac.

Have 99 grand cherokee & the horn isn't working & the airbag light is on what could be the problem?

The clock spring behind the sterring wheel is bad. This is the thing that allow all the electrical stuff in your sterring wheel to be able to work while you are turning the wheel. Sometimes this is recalled because of safety issues with the air bag. Check with local jeep dealer for recalls. 4 thumbs up is appreciated if this helps.
