First of alll every Pontiac grand prix has all drains under cowl panel beneath wipers. They are notorious for leaking water but the problem is the air box under cowl panel needs to be resealed. pop wipers off remove cowl panel and look for square box and clean with rag and use silicone and go all the way around box and reassemble let dry overnight .This will cure a lot of problems dealers will have you changing weather-strips etc. $$ that do not need replacing. Y saw someone spend 700.00 on BS when it was the air box for three dollars it was fixed.

Your AC drain is clogged. If you look near the floor under the dash on the passenger side you will find a small rubber hose that goes thru the floor board. Take the hose off and clean it out. You will find that it is clogged with dirt. Once it is cleaned out hook it back up under the dash. You will notice that if the car is running with the AC on, you will be able to see water dripping on the passenger side under the car that will mean you cleaned the hose out and it is working.

On my '95 Grand Prix GTP there is one on the passenger side of the dash (when you open the door you will see a little cut out on the horizontal side of the dash) and then there are two under the hood on either side close to the edge. Good luck.

2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Rocker Panel Issue

There are some awesome adhesives on the market. I am thinking about one for boats and just remember "1500" as part of the name. With marine products you will not have any problems with moisture separating it so car washes will be okay.

My 1997 grand prix gtp has a leak

Is it water or coolant that leaks inside. Water will be clear, coolant will be yellowish-green or blue. If it is clear than it is just a rubber hose that is loose from the AC drain. Replace the hose and clamp. If it is coolant then you have a leaking heater core and would need to get it replaced.

1. My grand prix gtp has problems with leaking on the passenger side. I cannot locate the leak. 2. My engine runs too hot when ideling. I changed the thermostat but this did not help. I need your assi

Make sure your cooling fans are coming on when the temp heats up. Are you talking about a leak inside the car or outside? Inside is usaully a drain tube for the A/C stopped up. Outside, look for a water pump or intake gasket.
