Sounds like your PCM might be bad if it is not supplying correct voltage to fuel injector.

Also, the fuel injector itself may be bad or bad ground.

Does it have throttle body injection on that crown vic?

Yes, so you have an injector for each cylinder? And it is behaving this way. Try another PCM if you can get one from a salvage yard (for economic and availability reasons).

1999 ford crown vic won't start. changed fuel

Maybe your problem is with the one or many injectors, if just one is bad, you will have problems. Get yourself a multimeter and set it to read in ohms and find what spec the injectors should be at. If out of spec, then you need to replace that one injector(s).

1997 hyundia won't start . fuel pump tested good, spark good 1.8 will run if fuel sprayed threw air intake could it be one of the sensors?

Check injector pulsation with noid - lite, any auto parts should sell this, it plugs into the injector harness, if light flashes while cranking elec. part ok, if no flash no fuel is getting in there and will not start, if that's the case have your computer check out.

Don't have voltage in the fuel pump conector of my 1990 FORD F150? Fuel pump is OK.

Have you checked the fuel pump relay?and you know the fuel pump relay cuts off after about 2 seconds when turning the key on?So be sure the test light you are using is attached when turning the key on,it will come on,and then go off in about 2 seconds. The problem maybe the ignition module,or the pick up coil, the pulse the injectors, that deleiver the fuel to the cylinders.

1988 Ford Crown Vic Strange Idle

When you turn the key on does the check engine light come on? If not it may be burned out. It sounds like a MAP sensor or an O2 sensor is bad. I would suggest taking it to autozone as they do free diagnostic and seeing if a code comes up. If it is a sensor it should, if not it may be the idle sensor not reading right in the ECU. More than likely it is one of the sensors though.

first cylinder 4 is the last on the passenger side . first pull the coil out and check if there is water where the plug is. if there is take the water out and dry up the coil. if you find water you got a crack manifold or a bad intake manifold gasket. if there is no water replace the coil. good luck
