Hello! there isn't a common power feed to the power windows and the AC...
Did both items fail at the same time? Check the power fuse (30A Power windows)...And the Gauge fuse (10A)...

Give me a little more information on the AC...Does the blower motor work on all speeds...Do the cooling fans come on when AC is turned on...Does the clutch on the AC compressor pull when the AC is turned on?

Hello! Do you have a volt meter? A few quick tests to establish a base line for me...With key off measure the voltage. across the battery..With engine running measure again...Should read 1.8 volts higher...Are the connections to the battery clean and tight? With engine off...Set meter to X10 ohm scale...Measure from center of - battery post to the chassis and then to the engine (bare metal)...Should read zero ohms...Dead short...

You are saying that the alternator isn't putting out...The first test (1.8 volts higher) is a quick look at the alternator...Have you had the alternator tested? If the alternator is bad it needs to be replaced...However, if the internal battery plates are shorted the system will place a constant charge on the battery with no result...Let me know if the battery, alternator and connections are good or bad...I need to start with a good battery, alternator and connections in order to trouble shoot further...

I've taken out the relay to turn off my front

Are you sure that is not the AC compressor relay?
I don't know your car, but not aware of any cars having a defroster relay, a defogger relay for the rear window with the electric grid in the window, yes. Never heard of a defroster relay.

My asb light comes on when starting and stays on. Lights won't come on , power locks won't work, power windows won't work, radio won't work. All fuses are good and car runs fine.

Those are all really common symptoms of the alternator going bad on those cars. I would have it checked to make sure it's charging properly.

Air conditioner suddenly not working.. No funny noise, just acts like it is not getting power. compressor kicks on and off checked relays behind glove compartment. Was told ac relay may not located with...

AC COMPRESSOR KICKING OFF AND ON.SOUND LIKE REFRIGERANT LOW.LOW SIDE SHOULD BE 20 - 36 PSI AND HIGH SIDE SHOULD BE 215 - 310 PSI. AC SYSTEM COULD HAVE A LEAK WHILE YOUR COOLING STOPPED. DRIVER SIDE WINDOW MOST TIME SWITCH WILL BE THE PROBLEM.REMOVE SWITCH SEE IF POWER GOING TO POWER WINDOW MOTOR.YOU HEAR WINDOW MOTOR TRYING TO WORK WHILE USING SWITCH.WINDOW REGULATOR COULD BE BINDING DAMAGED OR NEED LUBRICATING.OR MOTOR NEED REPLACED.IF POWER NOT GOING TO POWER WINDOW MOTOR THE CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD IF ITS THE ONLY SWITCH.TO TELL IF WINDOW SWITCH IS BAD SHAKE POWER WINDOW SWITCH WIRES WHILE OPERATING CONTROL SWITCH.IF POWER WINDOW WORKS YOU KNOW SWITCH IS BAD.TAKE CAR TO AC SHOP BECAUSE LET THEM CHECK AC SYSTEM BECAUSE IF YOU BUY 2 CANS OF R134 REFRIGERANT. AND YOU TRY CHARGING AC SYSTEM YOUR SELF AND ALL REFRIGERANT LEAKS OUT. YOU GOING TO BE OUT OF $30.00 STILL NO AC.THAT WHY ITS BEST TO LET SHOP PUMP DOWN AC SYSTEM CHECK FOR LEAKS BEFORE RECHARGING AC SYSTEM.

If i remove my aircon compresser will my car still be safe to drive ???

If you remove the A/C compressor and don't make the needed changes for the serpentine belt to still be installed, then no it won't be safe ot drive. You won't have any power steering for one and that would make turning the wheels extremely difficult. Since the water pump also need the sepentine belt to operate, your engine will overheat in a short amount of time.
