The relay's internal contacts may be fused together making the relay stay on all of the time...

hope this helps!

My 2006 Suburban's AC fan won't shut off. Even

Assuming that you are speaking of the fan on the passenger side, because the other fan on some GM vehicles WILL run even with the key off. This is normal. The system is just cooling itself off. If the engine temperature sensor is reading high it might cause the fan to ran also.

Could be the relay for the A/C fan is "stuck". It may be in one of the power distribution boxes under the hood. Once located, swap it with relay for the other fan, and see if problem moves to that fan. If it does, replace the relay. Hope this helps. Let me know what you find.

2003 saab conv, what does the second maxi fuse do next to the battery. it is drawing current when the car is shut off. it is also drawing current and killing the battery. also the battery is not getting...

With the fuse in,and the engine off, start pulling ,relays, one,at a time, the relay that you pull that drops the voltage will be the one that is stuck, this fuse controls the ignition relay. This relay is stuck, and needs to be replaced,by the way,try unplugging the alternator to see if the voltage drops also, cause the 13.5 voltage that was tested on this alternator concerns me,this is not good, really should be 14.25 when bench tested,on the vehicle, with everything on,headlights and ac on high blower motor setting,it should read 13.65 volts,to 14.25 volts at the battery. Now on the bench,it should have read closer to 14.25 volts. If it is any lower than this range, the alternator is not working correctly. If this was at all helpful, please rate, and thank you.

I have a Saab 93 TID (2005 Vector) KEYFOB PROBLEM!

I suspect you have a problem in the security system receiver module, which in most cars must be programmed by the dealer.

On my saab vector ignition key functions

I have a Saab 93 Vector and although my key does not have that function my manual says the following; 'Press once - Turns on exterior and cabin lighting, for 30 sec, or turns off lighting. Deactivates panic alarm. Hold and press for more than 2 sec - Cars with car alarm: panic alarm (activates alarm manually).
There is another section that says the button turns off lights and larm when activated and the car remains locked. The panic alarm can only be activated when the car is stationary and it will be silenced when the car is driven away.

Hope that makes sense. Enjoy your Saab 93 - I know I do every day.
Tony

The fan on my 2004 SAAB 93 convertible will not shut off.

I would suspect that the cooling fan relay ( in a relay / fuse box under the hood) is stuck. There are 2, a high and low speed relay. Pull one and see if the fan goes off. Once you have identified the culprit, see if there is an identical relay in another location that you can swap into place to verify the problem is fixed.
