I need to know how to change spark plugs

You really have to take off the inlet manifold to get at the rear bank plugs. I'd replace the plug wires too while at it. See here p13-16

My 97' camry is struggling while accelerating. Once I get to a certain point it does fine and rides smooth. What are some possible issues?

There a number of causes but the usual suspects are clogged fuel filter, spark plug wires, and spark plugs. Those can be changed relatively easily and shouldn't cost you and arm or a leg.

Fuel filter location 2000 camry

The fuel filter is the LAST thing you need to look at. I would be first looking at the age of the spark plugs. Get the car to somebody who can scan it. If the scan result is a P-0301/2/3/4/5/6, that would indicate bad plugs.
