Question about 1994 Buick Park Avenue
I have a 1994 Buick Park Ave and the same thing happen found out the blower motor resistor was bad and needed replacing.

this is because of the faulty switch try changing the switch and check.
If the switch is good, try checking the wire commin to the switch they may be short circuited and bypassing the switch because of this the AC is always on.
