Question about 2006 Chevrolet Equinox
This seems like a dumb question but how do you change the headlight?
If you have not figured out how to change the headlights on your Equinox, you will actually need to remove the clips that hold the front grill onto the car in order to access the screws to get the headlamps out. (trust me is it a pain in the **** when I had to change mine). It is very adviseable to change them both at the same time so you only have to go through the torture once every couple years. Good Luck!!!

Your headlights are not sealed beams. You have to find the light. You have to twist the bulb bracket a quarter of a turn in order to unlock it. You pull the bracket out and change the bulb. Do NOT touch the new bulb with your bare hands. The oil from your skin will cause the halogen bulb to get tooo hot and will burn out. When you change your bulb, you might as well change both of them.
