Yes, this was done for both sides of my 1997 Cadillac Deville Limousine which is based on the sedan Deville.

I got mine off of Ebay for about $120 for both sides. That was a good deal, and they matched.

They met or exceeded OEM specs.

Try for new headlight assemblies.

You'll be glad you did, once you see how brilliant the new ones are, and shiny too.

Need to replace headlight bulb. how do u do so

if you are wanting to take out the light housing... -- remove the black plastic cover (flat head screw driver and needle nose pliers work well for me) use the screw driver to lift up the head of the black plastic "bolts" (i'll call them) and then either pull them out by hand or with the needle nose pliers.

  • ** note: make sure you take the entire plastic bolt out, there are two parts**
Remove black plastic cover -- remove the two bolts/screws (2 for each headlight) -- carefully pull the headlight housing out
** NOTE** the bulbs will still be attached so be careful
Then twist the bulblight socket (to the left) and pull it out.
Repeat the steps in reverse order if replacing just the housing
If you want to replace the bulbs follow the below procedure
  1. Once the socket is out of the housing, gently pull the bulb out. (may want to use a rag/glove/towel incase bulb breaks)
  2. Take new bulb and (using rag/glove/towel) push the bulb back into the socket and then repeat the above steps in reverse...

How to change driver side front turn signal bulb

You have to get the headlight off, you have to unscrew the top screw which is in the corner closest to the fender, and then there's another screw between the headlight & the front blinker even though there's absolutely no room. You could find no way to get a screwdriver or any other took to fit in there.Do not end up breaking the brackets for the bottom screws on both headlights, but you can keep the headlight staying in with just the top screw. After getting the headlight housing off, you have access to the screws for the blinker housing. It's a lot easier to take off the housing to change the bulb rather than to just pull the wire out & expect to put it back in easily!

How do i get to the blinker bulb on the 97 olds 88ls in the fron?

To change the blinker or headlight bulb on an 1997 Oldsmobile 88: Open the hood, remove the plastic cover thing so that you can see the housing for the light. On the back side of the housing there are three clips, remove those (I was able to remove them with just my fingers). Once the clips are removed the whole headlight slides out the front of the car. Now you can easily replace any of the blown bulbs.

How do i replace/remove the headlights from a 97 accord?

  1. Locate the headlight bulb that needs to be replaced. NOTE: It may be necessary to remove a component or the composite headlight assembly to gain access to the bulbs.
  2. Turn the headlights off.
  3. Detach the two prong connector from the base of the headlight bulb.
  4. Twist the bulb counterclockwise to unlock it from the headlight housing, then carefully withdraw the bulb from the housing. WARNING
Do not touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers. The pads of your fingers contain oils that will cause premature bulb failure. To install:
  5. Install a new bulb into the headlight housing, then turn it 1⁄4 turn to lock it into place.
  6. Attach the 2 prong connector to the bottom of the bulb.
  7. Turn the headlight switch on to make sure the bulb works, then turn the switch off.
  8. Install any components that were removed to get to the headlight bulb.
