2003 Altima 2.5 Deceleration Jerky above 40 mph and pulls left momentarily

Get the front end jacked up and safely supported and check out the control arm bushings for looseness, the CV joints and if noting found pull the left wheel and brake caliper off and make sure the calipers slides or pins are clean and properly lubed to allow the caliper to release properly.

Front end sways as if on ice outta the blue especially at higher speeds....and at a variety of speeds it will have a thump you can feel through the steering wheel

Go to alignment shop.possible bad idler arm, ball joints,or even control arm bushings.with loose front end parts you loose your toe in settings that will give you that "floating"feeling shop around for best shop & price.

Front end noisy when driving over small rocks or bumps also front end shakes when braking

Usually only two things on the front end that cause noise for those reasons. Tie-rod ends or ball joints. To check tie-rod ends: fastest way is just to get under there and grab them and try to make them move by hand, best way is jack one side and move tire side to side, if loose and clunky, it's a tie-rod end. as for ball joints: again, jack up one side just enough to get tire a couple inches off the ground and then put a pry bar under the tire and try to lift it. If it lifts right up, and I don't mean lifting the whole car just the tire and it sounds clunky, it's a ball joint. Best to do upper and lower at the same time if it is a ball joint. Some B/J are pressed in and you will need a special tool to remove and install new ones. Advanced Auto will loan you the tools for this job if you plan to do it yourself, with a deposit of about $300.00 (It's a big kit they loan you) If it's the first time the BJ's are being changed they are probably going to be riveted in and you will have to grind or drill them out. I recommend grinding the rivets with a 4" grinder, much faster. (a 9" grinder won't fit in the space you have to work) As for the tie-rod ends, usually best to do inner & outer. (Some newer cars just have one, an outer) Remember to wrap a piece of tape around the threads at the point the old TRE's end at. So when you screw new ones on, you will put them at the right location, otherwise you will have to get a frontend alignment, if you don't keep the tires toe-in & toe-out at the same place they were when you started.

2004 yukon denali shakes a little in the front end at speeds 45 to 50 mph..almost feels like driving on a flat tire..what could be the prob?

the front wheels may need balancing or it could be a loose or worn tie rod end or other loose component on the front end, you will need get under the vehicle & have a good look & give the steering components & anything else a good shake to see if you can see anything loose or worn.........hope this helps......cheers.

Unit bearing is bad on one side or another. You have to raise the front of the vehicle, remove the wheels, calipers, rotors, everything down to the unit bearing. Turn both carefully by hand and you should be able to tell which one is bad.

Clunky noise sounds from front end on 98 ford expedtion 4 wheel drive not always there just had new tranfer case put in.Not able to tell when he does sometimes and lower speeds or just when acclerating....

Fords are known for having Ball joint issues. they can cause noise if they are extremely loose. Sway bar links also can break causing a clunking too. I'd take it to a shop and have them do a front end shake down. 1/2 hour labor rate.
