How long should 2001 vw beetle run before cooling fan comes on

Not very long. Or should I say, "when the engine heats up" however long that takes. Mechanic can install a different thermostat with a higher engine heat activation before activating if yours gets annoying.

Have a 2000 ford windstar heats up lost power

Too many possibilities to get into here. Get a good DIY mechanic to run through ; Engine condition, Cooling system, Drive belts, Compression test for head gasket trouble, Blocked rad, etc etc. You need experienced help. The only thing I advise, is, don't throw parts at it without knowing the problem. Get it properly diagnosed.

I recently bought a 2002 5 speed 4.7l v8 dodge

The following are the common maintenance expenses after 200000 km.

1. Clutch Plate or even entire assembly recondition
2. Brake Assy maintenance
3. Check the engine performance, like speed, engine heating, etc ( Due to improper service or maintenance you may also face the problem )

Thank you.

What do you mean "check the radiator"? Does the radiator not work or only work every other day? You could have a clog in the cooling system and it might be smart to get it flushed out.
