The horn on my mazda protege 1996 stop working and i cant find the proble or the horn location any suggestions??

all the horns on every car are located at the nose of the car usually behind the bumper plastic covers.find it and have some one push the horn button as you use a test light to see if you have power if power is there then check for ground if both good horn is bad if not than check the horn fuse if its good suspect the clock spring under the steering wheel .

Chevy Avalanche horn stopped working

you may have bad horn, take a test light and see if power is going to horn when horn is pushed, if theres power going to it then you have a bad horn,if theres no power to it then check the horn relay. but il bet if the fuse is good then the horns are bad.

Horn stopped working, fuse and relay is good

With test light check voltage at horn assembly on both wire's, could only have one, horn assembly itself could be ground, have some one press horn button while checking, if there is voltage replace horn assembly, if no voltage horn pad at streeing wheel bad. that's being fuse and replay are good.

Horn not working

Did it just stop working one day? A horn is mostly solid state and rarely just stops working. First place to check is the fuse panel. Make sure the fuses are good. If the fuse is good, you may have a bad relay. To test that, get a volt meter or test light and connect it to the two leads going to the horn. (the horn will usually be in the front of the car, behind the bumper or inside the wheel well. Get under the car and look up inside the front. It should be in there somewhere). When you have the test light on the leads, turn the key on (not th engine) and have someone depress the horn button. If you get power to the two leads, it's time for a new horn. Good luck.

The horn stop working on my 94 acura legend i try to honk but it dosent work no honk? help

given that you do in fact have a horn attached to the other end of the button , there is a fuse in your fuse panel for your horn. if the fuse is still good , then check to make sure both wires are hooked up to the horn , and that where its mounted isnt all corroded ....corrision some times prohibits a good ground causing malfunction.
