It's located roughly below the driver sitting area.
This instruction for replacing the filter might help you, as it's specific to your vehicle:

Hope this helps... Good luck!

You said VAN, FIXYA said TRUCK. I gave you TRUCK. :o)

    Autozone says:

    Fuel Filter
    1991 Dodge Truck B350 1 ton Van 5.2L FI 8cyl

"Under vehicle, passenger side, below seating area, passenger side of transmission, mounted on frame in fuel line."

Still hoping it helps... sorry for the confusion.

Location fuel filter dodge caravan 2004

Some years do not use a filter outside of the gas tank.
If your model does have one, it would be in the fuel line under the van near the tank.

Hi. How many fuel filters are there in a 1993 Plymouth Voyager? I was told there is one under the hood and one over the gas tank.

That is wrong, this van uses one fuel filter and its not over the tank rather near the tank bolted to the frame on the driverside, the newwer vans have the filter over the tank and they use only one also and then the newest vans have a lifetime filter inside the tank that should last the life of the fuelpump, heres a picture of your fuel filter for your 1993 voyager, good day.johnjohn2_101.jpg

Car will not start no fuel getting thru checked fuel line and fuse

if you are not recieving any fuel from the gas tank to the engine, i would check the fuel pump relay located in a black box under your hood located on the drivers side, if your fuel pump relay checks out ok, then i would check the fuel filter, located under car, near the gas tank, question is has the fuel filter been changed, in a while , or how long has it been since it has been changed, if filter is changed, and still no fuel to engine, then i would suspect the fuel pump, and it is located inside of your fuel tank under the car, hope that this information has helped you.

Where is the fuel pump on a 1998 ford windstar van

The fuel filter is under the van located near the gas tank on a bracket bolted to the body. Make sure you relieve the fuel pressure before taking the lines off of the filter.

Fuel filters is where

It's located about the center of the van and about 2 feet in front of the tank, It has three lines coming out of it. Two going to the rear to the tank and one to the front. Be sure to tell the parts man what body style the van is when you ask for one because the long van ( Grand) uses longer lines. The round thing at the top of the tank itself is NOT a filter, but a vapor separator. There's nothing inside it. You may have to loosen the tank straps some to drop the tank a little to disconnect the lines on top of the tank. Be careful, the lines will have pressure. I always pull the relay in the fuse box under the hood that's marked 'fuel pump' while the van is running and let it run out of gas before changing the filter. Even then you will get some pressure
