Question about 2005 Volvo S40
I have a 2005 S40 T5. I need to change the left side low beam headlight. The bulbs appear to be in a black plastic assembly with a spring lock type cover. I think I remove the cover to access the bulb and then turn and pull out the old bulb and install new. Is that correct.
It might be hard to get to like that. You will see a silver metal bar with a 90 degree angle at the top that goes straight down behing the headlight assembly, which you can pull up on. It holds the headlight in. Once you pull this up pust the headlight slightly sideways as there is a plug holding the headlight in at the back, then just pull forward to give youself space to work. Clip off the two clips and slide the back cover off then you can change the bulb out.
