You need to change out the capilay tube on the rear and the reciever dryer.

this may be because
1.the refrigrant used in the system may be lost.
2.the quantity been circulated is less.
3.the compressor not compressing properly and fan which is cooling the regrigrant is not working properly.please try to increase the watt of the fan motor so that you get the better performance.
4.please check weather there is any damage in the duct through which the cool air comes to rear seat.if that is the case there may be a chance of refrigrant leaking outside to atmoshpere.
