Steering vibrates at any speed wheels have been balanced what could it be. when putin nuetral at at any speed the vibration stops .

Out of balance wheels, shifted belts on the tires, loose steering parts can cause a shimmy while driving. Also, if the rotors are warped and the pads are stuck on the slides it will give you a brake pulsation that can be felt constantly even when you're not on the brakes.

What could cause my 2006 sonata to feel like it has a flat but the tires are fine?

Nylon tires have been known to do this in cold weather till they warm up from driving a few miles.Check all your tires.

What could be the problem when it feels like i have a flat but don't?

Feeling a drag like that could be that the brake hoses are clogged or a bad caliper. One way to check is drive a short distance. Feel the wheels, be careful they will be hot, But one will be really hot. Or you could lift the car and see which wheel is dragging.

When driving 30 to 35 my car starts to shake alittle i can feel in the gas petal it seems to drive better at higher speeds but when i slow down and speed back up i can really feel it

check your ball joints . jack up the front end and grab the front tire push it in an out if the tire moves in an out your ball joints need replaced .do this to each tire ,if they go all the way out this is an expensive fix ,catch it before it does

When driving on highway it feels like a flat tire. I pull off road, put in park and then in drive and it corrects itself. Could it be a defectve tire?

More like a brake binding on , this will pull the car to one side like a flat does.

When you hit the brakes to stop, the caliper piston may be going back and allowing you to continue till it gets hot again and starts to bind

Steering veers to the left?

Drive slowly down the middle of a straight road, let the steering wheel go and apply the brakes. If the car wants to turn by itself check your ball joints and shocks. If the car remains straight you may have an irregular wearing tire which causes it wonder at higher speeds.
I hope this helps

What Should I look For I just got it today.

Take a look at the cv joints....the boots that cover the ends that go into the tranny and the end that attaches to the tire area. Look at the color of the oil...see if it is grey or tainted with anything other than motor oil.

Take a look at the belts....cracks fraying, shredding....is the belt tight....that type of thing for the belt inspection....look for shiny spots...leads to squealing.

Drive the vehicle at different speeds....you're paying attention to the "feel" of the steering...this will give you indications of the front end....it pulls left, it pulls right.....wobbles....make turns left and right....listen for clunks....all this will let you know the condition of the front end/steering system.

Get on the highway or open road.....drive about 45-65 and slow down faster than usual...if it pulses in the front end, and you can feel it in the steering wheel...good bet the rotors are warped from high speed braking. Squeeks when you apply breaks....brake wear indicator telling you the brakes are worn.

Jack the front of the car up and twist and pull...push and pull the left and right tire....anby wobble or noises...may have bad bushing/ball joints/cv joints.

there is a lot of stuff to look for...but this is a few things to keep you busy.

Hope this helps you.
