Hi i change new kia sodona diesel engine timing belt/bearing/seals from kia agent, why still leaking

You need to check for excessive blowby in the crankcase and did the seal surface on the cams and crank shaft show a groove where the old seal was? If the surface is grooved than the seal is probably riding in the groove and causing the leak. Many seal makers have a sleeve kit you can use to get a good sealing surface back. They can be tricky to install.

Low Side service port is on a larger hose assembly on passenger side heading out of the compressor to the firewall into the vehicle compartment(evap housing). This is the service port which will be low pressure and will accept freon.High side is always small metal piping and heads up front towards the reciever drier and condenser....be safe

I dont know where to add freeon to my 1999 kia sportage 4x4

Find the A/C compressor. Look a both lines going to it. One line should be bigger than the other. The bigger line is the Low Side (suction port) follow that line it goes to the firewall to the evaporator that is in your dash. The low side pressure port is somewhere in that line between the evaporator and the compressor. That port is where you check low side pressure and add freon. Don't worry if you buy a charging kit from a part store you can't hook it up wrong, the low side port and the high side port are different sizes and the hose won't fit. With the A/C running on high, low side pressure should be about 35psi.
