Can't help with the radio but the fan is a simple fix. You need a diode block, it's about $20. Once you have the replacement it will be easy to find the defective one. It's located on the firewall under the passenger side dash next to the fan. Two screws and a wiring plug. It should take you longer to find than to replace.

What is the original size tire and rim that came in the 1997 Nissan 200sx

The tire size depends on which of the three models you have. The base model came with P175/70R13, the SE model came with P175/65R14, and the SE-R came with P195/55R15. Check the sticker on the drivers side door jamb and/or owners manual.

Rear window defroster broke in 1998 nissan 200sx se

There is on the after market a repair kit which has conductive tape and electro conductive adhesive. The tape is very similar to that used by alarm engineers on glass protection. Could be possible to solder a tag back onto the element, have to watch the heat and the glass!!!!!!!!

Is an ac compressor supposed to constantly run on a 95 nissan 200sx

If an AC compressor runs continually then the vehicle's system thinks the AC is on MAX which should only be used in desert conditions. The compressor should cycle on an off when it is on normal AC.

Try the wrecking yards to find another transmission. I have no idea what a shell casing is in a transmission.
