SOURCE: windshield wipers

The fuse panel is under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. Lift the handle to unlatch the panel and pull it down. The windshield wiper/washer system uses a circuit breaker in position #2 in the fuse panel. If your washer is working the circuit breaker is OK.

SOURCE: fuse box 1992 ford econoline

I have a 94 E350, and mine has 2 fuse boxes. One is under the steering column at the driver's seat, by the brake pedal. The other is under the hood, when you're facing the van it's just a little to the left and below the driver's side battery.

I have the 89-96 ford full size van chilton. I emailed scans of the fuse diagrams to chilton@asiamail.com. The password is chilton. Go to asiamail.com, type in chilton for email address and chilton for password and click enter. Lem me know via that email if that was the wrong thing.

SOURCE: how to change fuel filter 2000 excursion

Yes it is the tool for fuel lines and ac lines. Your local autoparts store should have them, they are universal. You need to use the small end for the fuel filter.

Where is the wiper relay located on a 2000 Ford Windstar

There are two relay's located in the under hood fuse / relay box . Windshield wiper on / off relay an windshield wiper speed relay .Both relay's are controlled by the FEM - front electronic module . The prudent thing to do would be to take to a qualified repair shop that has a professional type scan tool to check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes rather then play a guessing game . Changing parts that don't fix the problem . The wiper switch is a input to the ( FEM ) when an input is seen the (FEM) then energizes the relay's .

My 2001 ford excursion keeps blowing fuses to the windshield wipers the moment I go to turn them on, any idea on what to check or replace to get rid of the short, or where it might be?

Doing electrical testing is the way to find the short , not looking for magical fixes on here ! If you don't know how to use a volt meter an read a wiring diagram , your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop .

My 2000 taurus windshield wiper not working, all the fuses and relay are good, i check for power all the way to the wiper motor and i had some , could it be the windshield wiper motor

If you have good voltage as well as a good ground to the motor then yes I would say it's the motor that's bad. I hope this helped and good luck.

Windshield wipers stopped half way.

there may be a wire disconnected or a fuse that has gone bad.
wiper motors are usually pretty expensive. you might be able to find it used but you also should check if they go bad a lot in that car so you dont get a used one just for it to go bad again so soon.
