Question about 1989 Chrysler New Yorker
Where is body control module located/
Yes -to get to it, there is a hidden screw in the middle of the carpet there on the right side. You may need to remove the door sill as well by prying up the black plastic strip and removing the three screws.

The Body Controle Module is behind the pass front, right hand kick panel.

It is located on the back side of the underdash fuse box (junction block). You remove the lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement. Then remove two plugs from the bottom of the bcm.
Remove the bolts holding the junction block to dash panel mounting bracket. Remove the junction block from the bracket. Remove screws holding the bcm to the jb. Slide the bcm downward to disengage guide studs on jb from channels on bcm mounting bracket
Remove bcm from jb.

Not sure about a body control module, there is a pcm under the hood on the pass. side that controls most everything on these, however i would check your fuses for the seat, on the 00 models the headlights do stay on all the time while driving due to daytime running lights but if they stay on after you take the key out then id check the headlight switch or sensor on the pass side dash.

Not sure if this is a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager or a 2001 Grand Caravan, but in either case:
The Body Control Module (BCM) is located under the Dash on the left side, behind the parking brake, mounted on the fire wall, to the left of the steering column. It is attached to / underneath the Junction Box. The BCM is the silver metal box attached to the black portion which is the Junction Box.
