Check the fuse box for your vehicle, and look for a 'radio' and 'acc' fuse. This usually is labeled as such on GM vehicles, anyway.
I do not know what brand you have, you didn't say what.

Is there an anti theft code for a 2005 scion xb? the radio want work?

There isn't any "radio" fuse. What you need to check is the 15A DOME FUSE in the engine room R/B and the 15A ACC FUSE in the instrument panel J/B.

Changed the fuse for radio and it did not change anything

Did you use a good fuse? What was the problem that made you change the fuse? Is the Radio the factory fitted one, if not what is it?

My radio stopped working. I changed the fuse labeled CIG on the digram (under the dash fuse box) but this didn't help the radio. The clock also doesn't work but that stopped before radio did. What fuse...

Need to know your mocel and year to see if I have a diagram I can tell you the "cig" fuce is for the ciggarette lighter/power outlet. Some Toyota's the fuse for the radio is the "ACC" fuse and others say "RAD".

I change fuses, radio still not working, does the car have to be on to change fuses?

There are 2 (or 3) fuses for your radio.

One on the Constant (memory retention) and one for the ignition (on and off with key)

Fuse 18 (20A) (if equipped) is for the factory amplifier
Fuse 19 (10A) Constant power Fuse
Fuse 4 (10A) Ignition Fuse

My radio in my 05' Honda pilot stopped working. The anti-theft light flashes but there is no display. I tried installing an aftermarket stereo to see if that would work but no power goes to that either....

In my case the solution was a fuse on the passenger side inside fuse box. It is not listed as a fuse for the radio but it is none the less. If your cigarette lighter isn't working either its the fuse. On my 2004 it was fuse # 9 a 15A fuse.
