Question about 1990 Lexus LS 400
Open the hood and locate the big hose that comes form the radiator on the top it is under the air channel cover that goes across the top of the radiator remove it and you will see the hose in the middle of the front of the engine remove the 2 bolts and be careful not to spill alot of your coolant or if it is hot to burn yourself once you get the thermostat housing off pop the old one out and put a new o ring or gasket in there with the new one tighten it back up and put the air channel back on and re fill the coolant start it check for leaks and you are good to go if there are no leaks.
