Question about 1992 Saturn SL1
Sounds like your radiator is overheating and the a/c isn't getting enough cool air for the condensor.
The a/c problem is probably low freon (r134a) level and the overheat condition is due to a construction in the cooling system.
They are kind of separate issues.
