The easiest way is to go to your local library and get the Chilton's or Haynes manual for the 1979 Ford Bronco.

Also, there are resources online but the entire wiring diagrams can't be copied and printed here because they are too large of a file.

Good luck to you.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I would wire up a relay between the battery and the choke solenoid. Fuse the choke separately in the engine compartment. You could run the relay coil off the same washer wire as before, but this way the washer fuse wouldn't have to source current to the choke. 25315115-wng3opgl1pug32fsc4t4fc4i-3-0.jpg

I have a 1979 ford bronco xlt with a c6. I was going up a hill and all the sudden I started losing power and couldn't go up anymore now my trucks is having shifting problems and they seem to get worse...

The FIRST thing you should do is check your transmission fluid level. If it is low, or if it is real dark (not bright red, like it should be) or if it smells burnt, you might try a fluid and filter change to see if that can make it work for a while. Other than that, it sounds like transmission overhaul time.

I am having a big problem to find a wiring diagram for my Bronco 79. where do I find the best site to download a complete diagram.

I would recommend purchasing the service manual. You can find them for relatively cheap on ebay. A very good investment whenever repairing your own vehicle and well worth the few bucks spent.
