Ok, should try to get a new regulator, possibly off of the Internet. Prices at the dealer are high for this part over $100.
Will take some finagling with the glass to get it angled out of the window opening.
If you can't figure it out, try going to a body shop to do the work. Usually they won't charge a lot for this common problem.
