Question about 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe
Does the hyundai have a emerancy fuel shut off and where is it so i can reset it
Hi, i checked alldata, hyundai calls it a fuel shut off solenoid, i don't know what it does exactly, meaning, if it stays open normally, and in an accident it shuts off upon impact, or if it can be reset, or have to be replaced. i would try to disconnect, then reconnect. if that doesn't work, maybe you would have to replace. but check all of the fuses also, maybe theres one that controls another part of the systems that would not be labeled fuel pump or relay. it's even possible to have a bad fuel pump relay due to the accident, it could have jarred the relay inoperable, heres a pic of the fuel cut off/shut off solenoid, you may have to enlarge, hope it helps!
