If your turbo housing is getting flooded with oil the it can only come from the shaft seal on the inside of the turbo.
You will need to remove it and replace the shaft seal.

Hi im struggling to put in cam, crank and diesel pump timing. i suspect my diesel pumps timing inside the pump is changing is that possible
