Question about 1993 Toyota Celica

Replaced battery alternator checked out ok battery light is on and when you drive the car down the road for a short period of time the radio will cut off and on and when you turn in the headlights they will cut off and on to but the car will still run good other than that answers will be appreciated

There are usually 2 leads going to the battery clamp on the positive terminal. check both for tightness and corrosion. Check post clamps on battery also.

You have the battery and the alternator and the alternator belt and if they are working fine there must be something that is draining the battery. You need an auto electrician to check what the drain is. In such cases,on various vehicles, the BCM, body control module, proves to have something to do with it. Was the battery checked, if not check if for any dead cells., and make sure its taking a charge. A bad or weak belt tensioner may be causing the problem.

howdie sounds like their could be ground problem but put the alt, under load and see what it puts out,if the battery was changed look for clamps are not loose check your ground to motor wire for corrosion

maybe something shorting out drawing power did u have alt tested before switching out to make sure it was bad- sum auto stores such as auto zone/advanced auto can do a load test on vehicle for free will show if their is an excess draw on elect or if new alt is faulty (does happen) check serpentine belt and pulleys belt may be slipping then check ground strap , starter for draw or some other accessory
