The cause is most likely caused by a defective brake hose. The flexible line that runs to the caliper has collasped inside, causing the pressure to remain on the caliper. These hoses have a very small passage and easily collapse over time due to wear. Just a thought.

Wheels are locked on 1991 non turbo eagle talon

The brake pads have rusted to the rotors. Less likely, there is a brake caliper that is stuck due to rust.

Brake Caliper will not release

The only things I can think of is ether a kink in the right side brake line or the proportioning valve is clogged or stuck or the ABS valving is clogged or stuck. Its possible the system has become contaminated with moisture???

How do i get the brakes pads off a 1992 eagle talon? Usually you loosen the 2 bolts and pull it right off and replace the pads but there's only 1 bolt and i cannot get it off!

chrysler, dodge, jeep, eagle, all are kind of mutts when it comes to parts, including brakes. don't take offense; some of the best dogs out there are mutts. the point being your brakes could be a wide range of designs. look for retainer clips or pins or larger pins or "slider bars" that can be removed to access the pads. often such setups allow prying back the caliper pistons using a screwdriver while leveraging it against the pads or rotor, and removing the pads without even removing the caliper.

Driver side brake not bleeding properly after bleeding left side and changing rotors, calipers, and pads?

first of all make sure master cylinder is full of brake fluid.then you crank car leave foot off brake pedal. watch abs light on dash it should turn off in 10 seconds if not have car towed to garage or dealer. they have to use a scanner to scan the abs brakes if abs light turn off in 3 seconds. then starting bleeding from master bleed the lower brake line fitting at the proportional valve followed by the upper brake line fitting. keep eye on brake fluid in mastercylinder dont let run dry.next prime the abs hydralic modulator.connect the bleeder hose to the rear bleeder valve on the modulator.place the other end into a container partially filled with cleab brake fluid.make sure the end of the hose is submerged.open the bleeder valve slowly about 1/2 to 3/4 turn have an assistant depress the brake pedal and hold it in the depressed position. when the flow of fluid ceases close the bleeder valve.repeat process until no air bubbles are present in the fluid.then tighten the bleed valve securely. start bleeding brakes. your bleeding sequence is right rear - left front - left rear - right front.WARNING IF ALL FAILS YOUR BRAKES DONT FEEL SOLID AND FEEL VERY SPONGY.DONT DRIVE CAR. HAVE IT TOWED TO DEALERSHIP.THEY WILL HAVE TO PRESSURE BLEED YOUR BRAKE SYSTEM.

92 f150 XLT Left front brake drags,ABS & brk lght stays on

The ABS is only a sensor and won't effect the brakeing even if the light is on. the only thing I can think to check is the steel brake line that connects to the rubber line. May be it's pinched and isn't letting the pressure off when you let off the brakes.

Brakes

Flexible brake lines are probably balooning out causing pressure not to build up, replace flexible to the calipers.
