Car lancer 4g13 engine has a problem when i release the clutch there something like a lack of gasoline so the like stop and go proble

The accelerator pump must be fouled up, this pumps a quick jet of gas into the engine when you first hit the gas, without it the car will hesitate, rebuild the carburetor or just replace the pump is my suggestion. I would have a local shop look at the pump operation before you tear it apart. Japanese carbs are very difficult to rebuild lots of vacuum lines and linkage rods to worry about. If the carb does need an overhaul I strongly suggest you have it done by a professional.

Cannot control engine rpm mitsubishi lancer engine 1984. fuel injection sometime correct rpm, sometime too low and too high rpm

Your IACV idle air control valve has gone bad . When you put the car in gear does it take off and accelerate to about 50 MPH without touching the gas pedal ? Had the same problem. Part from Mitsubishi is about $435 PN # MR578268. It is about $30 to $50 dollars on any other car. If this is the problem, the IACV is located on the throttle body and is held on with three screws. I purchased the whole throttle body at a salvage yard for $40, took the IACV off and put it on my throttle body. Car works normal for now, I am looking for another spare. Engine lags when accelerator is pressed under load

Check the plugs for fouling. You may have a bad plug wire or wires. They cause the engine to hesitate at low rpm when they are faulty. Please rate me on this answer.
