The ABS sensors needs to be checked. As you mentioned that ABS light is not coming ON.This indicates the problem with ABS sensors. A wheel speed sensor going bad .These sensors are located in the hub bearings in the front. You have sensors in the rear as well.Check both.
They this:-- check the cables and if you cant find a bad place in the cable you can unplug the sensor on the fenderwell and use a voltmeter on A/C voltage use a wire to insert in the plug and put the leads on the wires, turn the wheel by hand and watch the meter you will find one will be a lower reading or not reading at all, the lowest reading you will need to replace.or the other possibility can be
rust had built up under the front abs sensor which causes sensor errors. IF the sensors checked out OK then its very much possible that the problem is with the brakes.Get it checked. Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

put both front wheel sensors in new now the abs doesnt engage at low speeds brakes seem to work fine but abs light is on tried to erase code thinking unplugging and plugging in the sensors might have tripped it but the code doesnt erase and it says left and right sensors malfunctioning

Chevy S-10 ABS light on at 70 mph every time

the speed sensors in the wheel hub control the abs each wheel bearing/hub has a speed sensor you need a good scan tool to pin piont the bad one or ones with gm you have to replace the whole hub/bearing to replace the sensor.

Front wheel sensors

The ABS sensor is located in the wheel bearing, so i would check the wiring and pigtails there first and check your wheel bearings, if they are bad it could be activating your abs. If these issues are ok, then get the ABS computer checked

When I exceed speeds past 35 MPH my 99 GMC JImmy shuts down. And then will start again after 5-10 minutes. And now the service engine soon light is on

Sounds like you need a new fuel pump. The service engine soon light will probably be a code for runnung LEAN. ( Lack of Fuel ) for low fuel delivery when it's needed.

Turned rotors and replaced pads now it locks up why on 99 jimmy

Providing you do not have an ABS or Brake light.Either you have a leak, ( which should have set off a brake light) the calipers are defective, the rubber hoses leading to the calipers are so worn that they are deteriorating from the inside and are causing a blockage., or the fluid needs to be replaced and the system must be bled.

ABS Problem in my 2000 Jimmy 4x4

the best way to diagnose this problem would be with a scan tool while driving and watching the speed sensors, or check all your wheel tone rings make sure there are no cracks and they are clean, also have the computer scaned for abs codes there should be a code that may tell you which wheel speed sensor is acting up,you can also check the wiring, these seem to chaf the wiring by the control arm .a bad wheel bearing may also cause this problem, i would start with a scan of the abs system, good luck.

I have a 1991 911 Porsche. The ABS Light comes on

This is all related to the vehicle speed sensor. This sensor sends information to the speedometer, abs, and wing computer. You need to get it replaced and it should fix all the problems.

Abs problem

sounds like you got a bad wheel speed sensor,,,one of them is misreading and causing then sensor to show 0 mph before you are stopped and the other 3 are showing speed so the car thinks its skidding due to the one showing 0 mph, so it activates the abs,,,you may or may not have a abs light on,,,the dealer will have to hook it up to the scanner and see when they drive it which sensor is dropping out,,,common on gm cars
