I would say if you have those type issues in the back,
you may want to install new struts on all four corners,
as well as new stabilizer bushings & links

93 honda accord ex i turned the car on and i when to turn on the ac and it didnt work'i noticed the ac button turns on and off once i turn it on and off, what is the problem?

The system is most likely low,or out of freon, reset the ac system by removing the negative cable from the battery for 20 seconds, and then add freon if needed.
