Question about 2003 Kia Rio

if you still need help sounds like eather the idle air valve or the mass air flow. i would take off the idle air valve and clean it carefully with a q-tip and alchohol . the one side has a fin that opens and closes. the fully closed possition still has about an eigth of an inch opening .this is your choke possition .cafefully hold back the fin with another Q-tip and clean the upper and lower track that the fin travels allong .make sure its good and snug when you put it back on .if it starts better but still has problems it might need to be replaced
