Question about 2003 Toyota Corolla
I recently gave our son the title on a 2003 Toyota Corolla. This vehicle has ~80K miles. He brought it in for a oil change and the mechanic convinced him he needed to have the transmission fluid changed? What does Toyota recommended in terms of when transmission fluid needs to be changed? Thank you.
I'm not sure about Toyota's specific recommendation but when I ran my service station, we changed trans fluid at the 50,000 to 60,000 mile range. This covered most manufacturer's requirements at the time. Hope this helps.
